Cutting should be in 1st of 2nd gear only!.....3rd gear is for cutting thinned out/shorter weeds & brush. 3rd gear is also for transport only.
Instructions to clear a clogged cutting deck
1) Stop and turn off the engine, then wait for the blade to come to a complete stop.
2) Disconnect the spark plug wire. Wear gloves while removing clog. Clog may contain sharp materials.
3) Reconnect spark plug wire.
4) Start machine up again.
