Rental Policies
Due Back Times
Equipment rented Monday - Friday is due back within 24hours for a one day rental. Items with meters can not be used for more than 8 hours on a one day rental, 40 hours for a week rental & 160 hours for a one month rental. Items rented Saturday morning are due back by close of business Saturday for a one day rental. Items rented at 2PM on Saturday can be returned by 9AM Monday for a one day rental. A one week rental is 7 days & a one month rental is 28 days. Some items have 4 hour rates, these rate are only available during open hours.
Delivery Policy
The customer should give us a cell phone # that we can call
before we load our truck so we can be sure someone 18 years or older will be
there to sign for the delivery. D&B Rentals will not deliver equipment if
there is no one at the house, business, or jobsite to sign for it. If we
go to a site and there is no one there we will leave a notice that we were
there. If we have to redeliver because the customer was not there, there
will be additional delivery charges. These delivery charges will be
determined by the manager on duty and may vary due our work load for that day.
Our delivery is either 7:00 to 12:00 or 12:00 to 5:30. We will unload the
delivered equipment within 10 feet of the truck. The items should be
stacked neatly in that same spot for pick-up. The customer is responsible
for anything that happens to the equipment from the time it is unloaded from the
truck to the time it is loaded back up on the truck.
Payment
We accept cash, checks & credit cards. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Rentals are prepaid and the customer will also pay an additional deposit equal to the rental. We do not accept starter checks or third party checks. We do not hold checks. We do not accept post dated checks. ..
